At Watermark Pro Solutions, we understand your business like no other, because it’s been our business for over 17 years. 


Hello, I'm Tanya LeBlanc, principal of Watermark Pro Solutions. I have built a reputation on professionalism, customer service, a desire to never stop learning, and a tireless dedication to always finish strong. My passions for engaging and connecting Team while maximizing operational efficiencies are my key drivers which help sales leaders like you make an incredible impact in your sales organization. 


As your partner in growth, when you are busy supporting the team in the field we dive in to help design, build and implement the tools, collateral, key sales resources and infrastructure to help your team reach those big growth goals.  


As a Certified Birkman Professional, we deliver assessment based coaching,  working alongside you to coach team members "up". Years of sales and sales leadership experience means we offer value that others don't by weaving proven sales best practices into our coaching to optimize your team's knowledge and execution in all areas of professional selling. From sales effectiveness to getting the most out of the meeting- to uncovering objections  and proactively driving the sales process to close, we work with you to help your team members reach their full potential and deliver next-level value as a true sales professional.


Through a collaborative and consultative planning process, we will work together to position Watermark as an extension of your team to supplement the dedicated work you do day in and day out.
